Please be advised of a regular meeting of the Planning Board of the Town of Strafford to be held on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 7:30PM. The Board will address the following applications and any other business which may properly come before the Board. Informal discussions are scheduled after all formal applications have been reviewed. Notification has been sent by "Certified Mail" to all known abutters of these proposed subdivisions, boundary adjustments, non-residential site plan applications, and/or applications for excavation of earth scheduled for public hearings.
Review of the following applications, to include Public Hearings when appropriate, has been scheduled on this month's agenda:
Minor Subdivision - Mandy L. Young, 2-lot subdivision, 633 Crown Point Road (Tax Map 19, Lot 70)
Boundary Adjustment - Bow Lake Baptist Church, 530 Province Road (Tax Map 29, Lot 6) and Bow Lake Properties, LLC, 570 Province Road (Tax Map 29, Lot 2)
This meeting is scheduled as an Electronic Meeting due to COVID-19 in accordance with Governor Sununu's Emergency Order #12.
The closing date for new applications to appear on the agenda for the regular August 6, 2020 meeting will be 5:00 PM, July 14, 2020. Revised applications for projects already under review must be submitted by Tuesday, June 23rd for the Jully meeting: Tuesday, July 28th for the August meeting.
